General Charles Flynn is the Commanding General, U.S. Army Pacific. He previously served as the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Plans, and Training and as the Deputy Commanding General, U.S. Army Pacific and Commanding General, 25th Infantry Division in Hawaii. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College.
