Lieutenant (j.g.) Ludlam is an intelligence staff officer at Sector Southeastern New England. He was on the decommissioning crew of the USCGC John Midgett (WHEC-726) and precommissioning crew of the Stone (WMSL-758) as a deck watch officer. He is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and Officer Candidate School, prior to which he worked for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
